Description

Learn personal training from a personal trainer. Everything you will do as a trainer, I already have done. This book shows you how to be successful and out smart others who are just “certified.” It’s easy to read and real life. My book puts you light-years ahead of other trainers.

I wrote this book to be a user friendly, college degree in personal training – in under 250 pages. No other book does this. I’m VERY serious about that bold statement.

This is the book I wished I had when I started out. It never existed – so I

wrote it!

My book is not boring. Most personal training books are as boring as watching grass grow. I write like I talk, so you’ll know exactly what I mean.

I know what your questions are – and the questions your clients WILL ask you. I addressed them in this book, so you’ll have the right answers.

This book makes you QUALIFIED – not just “certified.”

Here are the chapters in my personal trainer book:

Chapter 1. Becoming a Personal Trainer

Chapter 2. What To Do When You Get a New Client

Chapter 3. How Will You Be Paid as a Personal Trainer?

Chapter 4. How We Make Energy

Chapter 5. Anatomy & Physiology

Chapter 6. Muscle Physiology

Chapter 7. Cardiovascular Physiology

Chapter 8. How to Design an Exercise Program (that’s safe and effective!)

Chapter 9. Exercise Technique (I cover 50 different exercises!)

Chapter 10. How Hard are People Exercising?

Chapter 11. Fitness Testing

Chapter 12. Getting a Job in Fitness

Chapter 13. Questions and Answers (people WILL ask these questions!)

Chapter 14. How to deal with special needs people (diabetes, arthritis, etc.)

Note. This is the newest edition of the book.

I make my books affordable because I want you to know what I know.
