Description

Most books about personal training are too long and complicated for the busy fitness professional. Advanced Personal Training does what few other books can: show fitness trainers how to work with not only healthy clients but also those with special health issues – and does so without being wordy or technical. For example, trainers can look up “Diabetes” and see a one page overview of the disorder, how to train that person as well as what to do -and what not do – during training sessions. Reviews of how to do popular gym-quality exercises is also included.
