Is Kratom Truly Safe?

Kratom, also known as Mitragyna speciosa may be used to reduce pain, improve exercise, as a pre-workout drink, help people sleep, and to promote an overall feeling of euphoria. It may be used by others to promote a “legal high.” But is kratom safe? While some swear by it, others have overdosed with kratom and some have died too. Unfortunately, I now know one of those people. If you are a parent with kids, you need to know about kratom. Stores in your neighborhood may sell it.
