I feel like I have better sleep when I take a separate Vitamin D at dinner but don’t see this benefit when I take it as part of the calcium bone supplement the same time.

Judy, that’s interesting. While I’ve never heard of vitamin D helping sleep, as long as its working for you that’s whats most important.
