    As a new personal trainer who has been training clients for about 4 mos. and also working in the mental health field for the last 5 yrs., this interview/discussion was very insightful. When you stop learning, you stop living. Education is so important in any field or career and always stay humble.

Joe Cannon, has a BS in Chemistry and Biology and a MS in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a personal trainer certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
