Supplements That Lower PCSK9 and LDL Levels: Fact or Fiction?

By Joe Cannon Leave a Comment

Having Low LDL (bad cholesterol) is associated with less heart disease. One way to reduce LDL is by inhibiting a protein called PCSK9. Some prescription drugs do this but, are there any dietary supplements that can naturally lower PCSK9 levels and reduce LDL cholesterol too.  In episode 29 of Joe Cannon Health, we look at several dietary supplements that have research showing they may work this way. This episode will include the research on berberine, trans-resveratrol, curcumin and fish oil. The episode will cover the research – and the nature of the research so you can best decide of these supplements are right for you. New episodes come out each Friday.
