Supplements That Lower PCSK9 and LDL Levels: Fact or Fiction?

Having Low LDL (bad cholesterol) is associated with less heart disease. One way to reduce LDL is by inhibiting a protein called PCSK9. Some prescription drugs do this but, are there any dietary supplements that can naturally lower PCSK9 levels and reduce LDL cholesterol too.  In episode 29 of Joe Cannon Health, we look at several dietary supplements that have research showing they may work this way. This episode will include the research on berberine, trans-resveratrol, curcumin and fish oil.
