Are You Dehydrated?

By Joe Leave a Comment

Are you dehydrated? Are you drinking enough when you exercise? In this episode, we discuss signs and symptoms of dehydration and research that shows what happens when you drink enough fluids – and when you don’t. Dehydration in athletes, kids, and older folks. What implications does have for coaches, PE teachers, AND those who live in assisted living centers? This nutrition-based episode will have to look differently at the liquids you drink. This is episode 107 of the Joe Cannon Health podcast, available here and you can follow for free on Apple and Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Spotify, Pandora, Alexa Echo, Radio Public, Gaana, and pretty much everywhere else.
