Joe these are really good tips for people getting involved with multi-level marketing. If I can add one more, look for a company that has ongoing education. Your upline (the person above you) should be doing some ongoing training. This can help people become more familar with the products they sell and also help them answer questions about the prodcuts too.

Uplines need to do regularly in person or zoom meetings so they can help their people be at their best and stay up to date with new products being rolled out by companies.
