Today I sit down with Chris Gellert physical therapist, certified personal trainer, educator, and the founder of Pinnacle training and Consulting, to discuss rehab exercises for the shoulder and back, and knees. Joe wrote the first book about exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis. He's been teaching about preventing rhabdo for over 10 years.
