    Love to hear this, strength training is so very important for seniors! I have a client who is now 86, been working with him for 7 years….strength training! He does squats, deadlifts, leg presses (has never experienced an injury doing it) and his doctors are always impressed when they measure his strength! He still walks his 2 labs every morning! He knows how crucial his strength training is
