Shingles: Natural Ways To Reduce Your Risk

By Joe Cannon Leave a Comment

Are there any natural ways to reduce shingles? Yes. Shingles is the reoccurrence of the chickenpox virus (herpes zoster). While shingles becomes more likely the older we get, it can also occur in younger people too. But, whatever age you are, you can help yourself to reduce your risk. In this episode of my podcast, I share 3 science proven ways to help strengthen your immune system that have been also shown to help shingles. None of them are supplements. All this and the myth of the week. This is episode 41 of Joe Cannon Health podcast, available on Apple and Google Podcasts, Spotify, Pandora, Sticher, or wherever else you get your podcasts.
