Can Ketones (MCT Oil) Boost Alzheimer’s Memory?

By Joe 1 Comment

Is it possible that Alzheimers disease can be improved by ketogenic dietary supplements? There is some research on this. In this week's episode, I do a deep dive into the keto/Alzheimers disease research. Tip. it doesn't involve beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB). Rather, researchers give people medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). I discuss how much was used the drawbacks and give you my thoughts on where I'd like to see the future research go. This is episode 60 of Joe Cannon Health Podcast. Listen here or subscribe for free everywhere you get your podcasts from.
