Description

After studying supplements for over 15 years, I know which supplements work – and don’t work. I wrote this book so you will know what I know. I give you the unbiased truth on 119 vitamins, amino acids, herbs, minerals, proteins etc. Each supplement claim is put to the test. Does it work or doesn’t work. Over 900 clinical studies are included so you can see the proof yourself. You also learn about the side effects nobody else wants to talk about.

About

I'm Joe Cannon. I hold an MS in exercise science and a BS in chemistry and biology.

I've been quoted in the New York Times and Daily Beast to name a few. I've even lectured to the NASA community.

I train personal trainers and I'm the author of the first book on rhabdomyolysis (rhabdo) & exercise, a topic I've been teaching about for over 10 years.

Since the 1990s, I've investigated dietary supplements. My supplement reviews can be found at SupplementClarity.com
